1. Order Cancellation

Online Orders (Swiggy / Zomato / Website / App):
Once an order is confirmed and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations made within 2 minutes of order placement may be accepted if preparation has not yet begun. -
In-Store Orders:
Orders once placed at the café counter cannot be cancelled, as food is freshly prepared on the spot. -
Subscriptions / Meal Plans:
Cancellation requests for meal plans or subscriptions must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery.
Refunds will be processed after deducting the value of meals already delivered.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in genuine cases, including:

Wrong item delivered.

Non-delivery due to an operational issue.

Payment deducted but order not received.
For third-party platform orders (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.), refunds are processed as per their respective refund policies.
For direct Café Manna orders (via website/app), verified refund claims will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once food is delivered and accepted, no refunds will be provided.
3. Subscriptions & Prepaid Packages

Subscription and prepaid meal plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.

You may request to pause your plan due to travel or health reasons by notifying us 24 hours in advance.

Any unused balance can be adjusted towards future deliveries within 30 days.
4. Order Modification
Order modifications can be accepted only before preparation starts.
Once food preparation begins, modification or replacement requests cannot be accommodated.
